Financial and Insurance


We believe that every patient deserves dental treatment and we will try to give many options that fit into your financial budget.

We accept cash, personal checks and Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. 

We give a 6% discount for patients that pay in cash or check the day of service.

We also work with Flexible (Flex) Spending Accounts.


There are many different agreements between insurance companies and their subscribers (your employers).  Different contracts provide different benefits. Most patients have yearly maximum benefits. Employees at the same company often have different policies depending on what they purchased.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule.

It is helpful if you know what your benefits are before you have dental treatment.  If you are not sure, please contact your insurance company directly.  If desired, we can submit a pre-determination of benefits to determine what your benefits are for a particular procedure.  In order to submit any claims to your insurance, we ask you to provide the name, address, and telephone number of your insurance company. We cannot render services on the assumption our charges will be paid by your insurance carrier.  For your convenience, we will accept payment directly from your insurance carrier for your services provided and we will credit your account.
